Shokhruh was a great tour guide who provided an insightful understanding of Uzbekistan's culture, specifically in Khiva. He kept everyone engaged by frequently asking questions to see how we interpreted things, and answering questions (a bunch) we had also. What we liked about the tour was that we felt like we were listening and talking to a friend; with some jokes here and there, the day was spent pleasantly walking around the Ichan Qala, enjoying the history of the inner city. An insightful and interesting evening!

We really enjoyed this walking tour of Khiva. The guide was very nice, friendly, and open to conversation, which made the experience feel relaxed and engaging rather than scripted. He covered all the main highlights of the city and provided interesting insights along the way, while also being happy to answer questions and chat more informally.
