Sophia in knowledgeable and energetic. She knew her stuff and shared it in an easy comfortable way. She was open to questions and had answers. I think she only needed to get us to the Byford Market and the wrap it up.
As a native of Ottawa, Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area.
