Hi, my name is Javier. With a Degree in Tourism, an official guide license and having worked most of my life in the Hospitality Industry, I' ll be delighted to be your host and show you around this fascinating city I moved to eight years ago.
Best thing we could've done with a single morning in Almeria! Learnt all sorts (tonnes of both facts and legends), saw places and things we'd never have spotted or found on our own and really enjoyed Javier's company! He was extremely good fun, kind, generous with his great knowledge of Almeria's history and culture (I now want to go back and spend more time there), and set us up perfectly for our lunch and onward journey at the end. Couldn't recommend this tour highly enough!
We had a great time on our walking tour with Javier. He was very knowledgeable, entertaining & we learned plenty about the history of Almeria. Javier took us to many sights & provided lots of tips for places to visit during our stay. We highly recommend taking a walk with Javier!

Javier is a superb guide, knowledgeable, entertaining and very dynamic. We went through main sites of Almería for almost three hours and we enjoyed every minute. Great stories and interesting details making history alive. Highly recommend Javier for guiding your steps through the wonderful city of Almeria (plus useful tips for everything you can do to fully discover the city).
I was the only one who was there for the tour but Javier still did it, so I basically got a private tour. And it was one of the best tours I've ever had. Lots of information, very good tips, all told in an engaging and humorous way. Very much recommended!
