Amazing tour, very informative and engaging. Ping’s deep knowledge of Singapore’s history and geopolitics is genuinely impressive, and her passion comes through in the way she shares it. She clearly loves what she does, and it makes the experience even more enjoyable. If I had one suggestion, it would be to include some recommendations at the end of the tour (e.g., places to eat, visit, or explore further).

This was a great and informative walk. It was a nice deep dive into this part of Singapore. I enjoyed it so much, I did a second tour with Ping later in the week.

The tour was excellent and I highly recommend it. Ping was incredibly caring—she always made sure we were comfortable, often finding shade for us in the heat. She has a lot of knowledge and shares it in a very engaging way. Most importantly, she is a true local, which allowed us to see and understand much more than on a typical tour. I definitely recommend taking a tour with Ping!

The location for the start of the tour changed, so we took a metro to meet KK and then we got started. I like these tours because you get to ho with a local person who tells you many things that you will not get anywhere else. Mr Chew is very politically correct. He is very knowledgeable about S'pore and our time spent was quite pleasant. Those looking at this review would do well to go with KK and learn about the development of Singapore.

We had an excellent tour with KK and can highly recommend it to anyone curious to learn more about Singapore. The tour was very personal and we had the chance to ask a lot of question. KK is a great guide who shared a lot of fun facts.

Joseph spoke excellent English and communicated well with everyone in the group. He made the tour very comfortable to follow: frequent stops, very manageable walking distance, always stopped under a shade, provided a toilet break. He lent us a manual hand fan each, and it was a godsend for the humid breezeless times. Most importantly, he explained things in a very captivating way leaving me not wanting the tour to end. I could tell he loved guiding and he loved history, I highly recommend this tour and him if you want to learn Singapore history in the most informative but fun way!

We had a wonderful tour of Singapore with Ping. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, while also making the experience fun and engaging. Even though it rained during our tour, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. Ping showed us some fantastic places and gave great recommendations for shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting Singapore!

Best walking tour ever! A must if you are visiting Singapore. Bala is such a knowledgeable and awesome guide, who provided interesting insights into Singapore's unique heritage. He showed hidden gems which I would never have been able to discover on my own! I also enjoyed the opportunity to participate in rituals at the Indian temple, as well as sample the local delights in Chinatown. Don't hesitate to book this tour if you get the chance as he does not conduct it often.

Recommend everyone to join this tour if its their first time in Singapore. Really enjoyed the way Joseph told the history of Singapore, from its past to its current. He was very interactive and provided lots of little snacks that he incorporated into his storytelling. Singapore is indeed a miracle country and I hope to visit again in the future ❤️

We toured the old Colonial District and the Marina Bay. I was looking for an introduction to Singapore ... it's geography, history, culture, economy, etc. KK gave me just what I was looking for. This is his home and he knows it well. He actively worked to tailor the tour to the interests of those he was guiding. Kudos!

Liz was a very informative & entertaining guide. She was very welcoming and made her talks more interesting by supplying a lot of reference photographs and with actual nibbles to taste & smell. Her recommendations were also very good. We had a lovely morning.

My wife and I loved this tour. She is friendly and knowledgeable. We visited many places in the Glam area which also included the Arab area; , from typical resident housing to the Mosque and the Sultan residence. Ping explained the areas of historical interest in an easy-to-understand way and she spoke very clearly (I’m hard of hearing). The group size was not too large. Ping didn’t rush us just to cover more places; we walked at a casual pace. This was first time we took a tour with Ping and she was so good that we booked another tour with her. We highly recommend this tour and her as our guide.

We visited many places, from religious sites to open air markets (food, clothing, textiles, etc.) to areas of historical interest. Angel’s tour was an excellent experience of culture, history and fun! I understand Singapore much better now which will benefit me ans I move around Singapore and travel around the world! Angel used different photos as we walked around different landmarks to tell a story of what happened there in history to make today make more sense. Angel explained the different stages of Singapore history and answered all of my questions, she was very kind and friendly. The route was easy to walk with lots of shade and breezy spots. I can really recommend this tour.
