Hello World Gurus, Leonesa Tours is a company that offers guided tours services and is based in the city of León (Spain). We were born in 2018 as a response to a job opportunity that we decided to undertake, in order to take advantage of the increase in visitors that increasingly come to our city as a tourist destination. We want to transmit the great passion and respect we have for our land, and for this reason we are committed to having excellent tourist quality on all our visits and responsible tourism by accredited Official Tourism Guides and identified according to the current legislation of our country. . For this we have formed a team that covers different specialties such as Graduates in Art History, Diplomas in Tourism and Superior Technicians in Guide, Information and Tourist Assistance. We have daily guided tours in Spanish in Cultural Free Tours, Dramatized Tours and Gastronomic Experiences for a fee, group and private tours in English, French and Italian. In the first part, and in the case of Astorga, its greatest identity is definitely the Episcopal Palace, one of the very few jewels that the genius Gaudí designed outside of Catalonia.
Next, we will move to the entrance of the Cathedral. With its sober beauty and austere presence, it is synonymous with both power and spirituality.

Depending on the hours of the monuments we will make the interior and exterior visits of the Palace and the Cathedral.

BOOKINGS:
Children under 12 do not need reservations. Please note that this tour is only available to individual travelers and no more than 6 places can be reserved per reservation; From 7 onwards they are considered a group and must be booked in advance to inform them of the price and availability.
The tour needs a minimum of 2 adults to complete it, and it is essential to make a PREVIOUS RESERVATION (especially in high season to guarantee your place), having to travel our guide from León.
The tour is only available in Spanish. For other languages check availability and prices.
TRANSPORT:
Our guide will go by public transport from the León Bus Station, both going and returning. If there is someone who does not have a means of transport or does not want to take it, you can ask us to go together.
The approximate price of the round trip ticket from León to Astorga is around € 4 per person (depending on the schedule) and it takes around 50 minutes.
Payment will be made directly to the guide. You will receive a ticket as proof of the payment made in which all our tax data will come. All our visits carry the corresponding VAT, including the Free Tour.

Episcopal Palace Fee: Individual € 5, group € 4.50 (10 pax), students / university students from 13 to 25 years old, unemployed, pilgrims and over 65s: € 4.50. For children under 10 years and people with a disability greater than 65% it will be free.
Cathedral Rate: Individual € 5, group € 3.50 (15 pax), students / university students from 13 to 25 years old, unemployed and pilgrims: € 3.50 and over 65s: € 4.50. For children under 13 and people with a disability greater than 65% it will be free.
Right in front of the Tourist Office of Astorga. Our guide will go with a RED umbrella-jacket with our company name, LEONESA TOURS (Guided Tours).
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
