About the Tour

Pisa is not just a leaning tower, it's a lot more!

The tour starts in front of the train station and it ends in Miracles Square, where the leaning Tower is. Before arriving to the heart of the city we will see the famous murales of the legendary artist Keith Arring, we will go through the ancient street 'Borgo Stretto' with it's lodges, workshops and elegant coffees. In this street there are the most famous Reneissance palaces which belonged to the aristocratic families of Pisa. Later we will reach Miracles Square, where we will discover the artistic beauties of the Middleage period.

This square will make you travel through the time, and we will talk about the enormous power and influence of the city of Pisa in the past; we will start with the story of the Duomo, then the Baptistery and last but not least, the Leaning Tower. The tour lasts 2 hour, i'm waiting for you!

The tour will start must if we reach the minimum amount of 6 people.

A guruwalk is a pay-what-you want walking tour, which means, it's completely free to book and join the group, but the 'guru' expects to be rewarded once the tour ends. Some people give €10, some people give 50, you choose the price!

Antonio was a very friendly and informative guide. The tour was interesting and gave us good apprication of the city and its history. He also gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and potential day trips for us to take during our stay in Pisa.

Pisa. a last minute day return and truely, thanks to the morning rain, people cancelled and we (me and an english couple) had the chance to get a private tour by Alberto. 2h30, isnt that long when you think of it. only the time for a quick explanation of the mains places and important characters of Pisa. I think Alberto could spend his day talking about it. Super kind and open minded guide. Grazzie mille!!
