I was in contact with Ksenia before our tour. The day of tour she didn't come...she "sent" one guy name is Alexander. AND EVEN DIDN'T TELL US BEFORE. He explained us that Ksenia is kind of manager (not really sure)...

Hello Tereza, I don’t do tours every day. Because all guides have their main jobs, the reason for that is that we are in a pandemic, people don’t travel much, there is not enough work for tour guides. If I would do free tours with 2 people every other day, I wouldn’t be able to survive. It’s a pity that you with your comment was so rude to us. Alexander is a professional guide and absolutely every tourist loves him, you can read a lot of excellent comments about him. It is a free tour, and you being so demanding ….
