Palermo Past and Present: Walking Tour of the City Center (maximum 25 guests)

👋 WHO WE ARE
Nice to meet you! My name is Marco, born, raised... and died in Palermo. My colleagues and I conduct free-tip walking tours designed to help travelers experience the true Palermo and get a comprehensive cultural introduction to the city.
I'll take you beyond the surface: from majestic squares to secret alleys, from street food to ancient legends. This is not just a walking tour; it's a deep dive into the soul of Palermo.

🎧 QUALITY FIRST
This is the only walking tour in Palermo that provides guests with silent headphones, allowing you to enjoy the explanations effortlessly. Additionally, the choice to rent radio headphones also stems from our desire not to contribute to Palermo's noise pollution. It's our way of working sustainably.

🔍 WHAT TO EXPECT

Palermo is full of contrasts, chaotic and elegant, ancient and vibrant.
I will guide you through a mix of major landmarks and authentic local corners, giving you a deep and honest insight into the spirit of the city. We will discuss food, culture, legends, and daily life — always with heart, humor, and truth. Palermo is not a postcard. It's a living, breathing story. Come walk with us — we'll show you the true essence.

🌐 LANGUAGE

Most tours are conducted only in English. We offer Spanish language tours on Friday mornings. Please check the calendar before booking. Make sure to book the tour in the right language.

My name is Marco, born and raised in Sicily. I happily walk people around the streets of Palermo, my hometown, my second mother, the city that fed me with rich multiculturalism...and made me lose my hair. I try not to be boring, but if you think I am, then let me know and I will quit this job right away. I run this introductory tour of Palermo with other colleague tour guides...much better than me! We can't wait to share our smiles with you! See ya in da streets!
