On this nighttime tour of the city center, we'll stop in front of the Tax Office building, where we'll discover the paranormal events involving the ghost Andresito, who still haunts the residents of Vitoria today.
Entering the Old Town, through the corners where a boy named Iker Jiménez used to run around, we will learn the story of the fearsome “Sacamantecas”, a serial killer who terrorized the population of Vitoria in the 19th century .
