FREE TOUR THROUGH THE JEWISH GHETTO OF VENICE: The Oldest Ghetto in the World
Tour description
In this tour, we will take a journey through one of the most unknown areas of Venice, the Jewish Quarter. This neighborhood is considered the Oldest Ghetto in the World.
We will walk through its narrow streets where there are plenty of Kosher food restaurants, Jewish-themed bookstores, and artisanal shops with Hebrew motifs. We will pass by its five synagogues, the Jewish Museum, and the Banco Rosso, the oldest in the World, the Holocaust panels, or the stones of memory.
Throughout the tour, an expert guide in Jewish themes will explain the history, culture, and other interesting aspects of the surroundings.
*IMPORTANT: Groups of more than 6 people are not allowed, EVEN IF THEY COME WITH DIFFERENT RESERVATIONS. The guide may refuse the admission of these groups on the tour. For groups of more than 6, we offer private tours at 150 that can be booked directly with the guide.
