Dubrovnik History: Small Group, Big Experience - Free City Tour

100% would recommend Valentina for a tour!! We were excited for an 8am option to escape the heat and it turned out to be the perfect time for a tour. Valentina was early and easy to find to start the tour (holding a sign of my name). Also, it was just our family which made for a nice private experience. Valentina's route felt nice and secluded because we quickly parted ways with other 8am groups entering the gates at the same time. It was obvious she was very educated on and passionate about the history of the region. She was also very entertaining, mixing in the perfect amount of levity for an area with a lot of deep and heavier subject points for the tour. We especially appreciate the many comments she made from her grandma that gave us a fun glimpse into the Dubrovnik culture! She paused us a few time at good "photo op" points to take our group picture and we spent very little time in the sun which was appreciated! Trust me, you wont regret booking one with her should you find yourself with the opportunity :) Thank you so much for a wonderful tour, Valentina!!!

The route was interesting and showed all the remarkable historical monuments some of which hidden if you weren’t a local.
