On this tour I want you to come to understand Santander and Cantabria through its history, its customs and its flavours, what I call the 'gastronomic monuments'.
We will visit the most emblematic corners of the historic center of the city taking a journey through time from the 1st century BC through the Middle Ages, the 19th century and ending with the most modern Santander.
