Tour description

Welcome to my world! come, and have a taste of Tbilisi - through its food, which I grew up eating, and it's folk dancing, which I performed as a youngster.
Then, of course, there are the sights that we visit during our tour, including...

  • Freedom Square
  • Residuals Of Defensive Wall
  • Clock Tower
  • Anchiskhati church
  • Peace Bridge
  • Tamada Statue
  • Old trade Streets
  • Abanotubani (sulfur baths district)
  • Waterfall
  • Metekhi Church and Fortress and so on...

I would describe my tours as highly interactive and I particularly enjoy the interesting questions that my guests ask. So ask away! My love of history has given me hundreds of fun facts and trivia to share with you about Tbilisi and Georgia as a whole.

Hungry? I can recommend countless restaurants that offer both local and international cuisines.

Thirsty? Then visiting one of the area’s winemakers is a must.

Meeting place: You will find me on Freedom Square in front of the Old City Hall (building with clock, tower, and flag) there are two Griffin statues and I will have a badge of GuruWalk

Giorgi is the best. We have done countless tip based guide walks over many countries and he rates with the best He has a great sense of humour and doesn’t “rave on “ too much like other guides. He gives insights on each stop and keeps you moving. Guru walks limit their numbers. We also did a walk with Freetours and they were hopeless! Do yourself a favour and book with Giorgi

Giorgi is very friendly and patient guide. He not only shared his knowledge about the city he was born and grown up in but also helped me to complete this walking tour as I have limitations when it comes to steps and up hill walks. Thank you Giorgi!!! Lena
