Gamarjoba (greetings), my friends, my name is Giorgi and I am from Georgia and have lived all my life in Tbilisi. I am a tour guide who enjoys, sharing the rich history of my beautiful city and country, by walking its streets and interacting with its people.
Meeting new acquaintances is my passion, as it offers a chance to connect with you and exchange information and cultures. With my background in tourism and 3 years of experience showing visitors the major tourist sites, as well as interesting places off the beaten path, I invite you to join my tour.
We had the pleasure of taking a tour of Tbilisi with Giorgi, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide! From the very beginning, he was kind, cheerful, and incredibly welcoming. His knowledge of both Tbilisi and Georgia’s broader history is impressive, and he shared it with us in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. The tour through the narrow streets of the Old Town was a truly special experience. Giorgi took us to places we might never have found on our own, each stop enriched with fascinating stories. Some of his tales about local people were especially funny — we laughed a lot and felt more connected to the city because of them. Overall, the tour was not only informative but also warm and enjoyable. Giorgi’s blend of historical insight, cultural depth, and great sense of humor made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone wanting to experience Tbilisi beyond the usual tourist spots.
