Heekook was an amazing guide! Super patient, professional and friendly. He had lots of knowledge and recommendations for beyond the tour too. We went over time but he never rushed us. Heekook really went above and beyond to show us his hometown. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I had a very good tour. I love the history of all the Kings and scientific breakthroughs and cultural developments as we went through the palace and the folk museum area. Heekook is well informed and made everything interesting and easy to relate to. Recommend 100%

The tour was ok and gave us interesting insights into South Korea's history. The tour was too slow for my liking and I felt it could be condensed into a shorter timeframe. Our guide had great English but lacked a little enthusiasm to keep us really engaged.

A Seoul native, Heekook was super friendly and knowledgeable about Korean history and took us on a wonderful tour of the Gyeongbokgung Palace, down Insadong Street, to Ikseondong Hanok Village where I was able to do all of my souvenir shopping. It was a fun and interesting walk and I highly recommend it!

Very nice experience. We couldn't visit the palace since it was too crowded. Haekook is a very nice guy. He is very supportive and friendly and he tries to answer to all our questions. The only suggestion for him is to improve a little bit his English talking but really it Is Not a big deal , since he makes every effort to make us understand. I recommend you this experience with Haekook!!
