Fuchka Bari snacks truckThis is a food stall from Bangladesh and is very famous in Jackson Heights for Fuchka, also known as pani puri in India & for Doing Fuchka which is also called dahi puri. Pani puri is a deep-fried breaded sphere filled with potato, onion, or chickpea. It is a common street food in the Indian subcontinent. It is often spiced with tamarind chutney, chili powder, or chaat masala.
