Great experience, very professional guide

This was my 4th GuruWalk and like the previous 3 (Lisbon, Paris, Dublin) my expectations were far exceeded. John did a spectacular job of pacing the walk, with frequent stops to provide interesting and entertaining information. I highly recommend!

If you want to see Brooklyn through the eyes of a real New Yorker, book a tour with Kassi. She perfectly blends historical facts with her own personal memories, which makes the stories feel so much more alive. The skyline and bridge views are absolutely magnificent, and Kassi is a pro at helping you get the perfect photo! I really appreciated the perfectly timed coffee and bathroom breaks, too. Seeing the Statue of Liberty and passing by a cat cafe were such fun highlights. Highly recommend!

Interesting tour especially the jews neighborhood However, we had booked the tour in english but it was totally in Spanish!!

The locations the tour visits are very good. We had a problem being put on the Spanish tour when we booked an English tour (we don't speak Spanish). There was a person to translate for us but they only translated 5-10% of what was being said. The main guide seemed very good and did give us some information in English. In his defense, he had a large group of Spanish speakers to take care of. Overall, we still enjoyed the tour even though I'm sure we would have taken a lot more away if the tour would have been in the language we booked.

Food choices were really good, Jasmin was very open and entertaining. Personally, we would prefer to have more information about Queens itself. But if your focus is on food only, everything tasted great.
