Free tour of Vigo's must-sees
Tour description
We'll begin our tour in the beautiful Port of Vigo, one of Spain's most prominent ports. We love strolling along the seafront and admiring the passing boats while enjoying the sea breeze.
Next, we'll head to the charming Casco Vello, the city's old town. The cobblestone streets and lively squares capture Vigo's historic essence. We love exploring the small local shops and stopping in traditional bars for delicious tapas. We can't resist visiting the beautiful Church of Santa María, a true architectural treasure.
After immersing ourselves in the local culture, we'll head to the Mercado de la Piedra (Stone Market). This covered market is a popular spot for foodies. Here, we'll find a wide variety of fresh fish, seafood, and local produce. If we're interested, we can try some local delicacies.
We'll continue our tour at Castrelos Park. This beautiful park features lush gardens, statues, a lake, and a palace. It's an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature.
We'll end our tour at the Mirador del Castro, an observation point that offers a panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Vigo.
