Free walking tours in Vigo

Great guided tour!

Javier gave a detailed and highly entertaining tour of his hometown. We enjoyed the stories of his own experiences in Vigo which brought the tour alive.

The tour operator was a local from the region and provided a lot of details. Happy to recommend him and to take another tour

We have done 5 Guru Walk tours over the last week and unfortunately this was our least favourite. The guide was friendly and helpful. His English was good but he needed to slow down his talking speed a little to help on the English speaking tours. There was plenty of history but it was sometimes difficult to follow the thread. The presentation was a little flat, maybe some more anecdotes, or a bit more humour. Maybe point out a few favourite bars or cafes on the tour and what you can expect to pay for a coffee or a beer and tapas etc The first stop in the square was too long as well, its nice to move around but we stayed in the same spot for over 20 minutes. I hope this helps and I am trying to be constructive. We also spoke to other travellers from our cruise who were on the same tour and they also felt the same with similar comments to above. Hope this helps future travellers Enjoy Vigo and we did have a great day and found a lovely local Spanish bar which was so reasonably priced. Good Luck, cheers David

Jorge was excellent! We really enjoyed the tour.

Jose Manuel provided an excellent tour of the old town in Vigo. It's not easy to convey history, sociology, architecture, etc. in a concise and entertaining way, but he did! The time flew by; we really enjoyed the tour.
