Medellín Rock Cultural Tour: Rock, culture and tragedy!

Rock Tour

A valuable cultural walking tour, initially taking place in downtown Medellín, begins at the San José Church (Avenida Oriental) and ends near the San Ignacio Plaza. The downtown area is a hub for rock music, and we'll mention some of the places—parks, streets, bars, cafes, and theaters—that have contributed to the rich history of rock in Medellín. The tour is experiential; the different stops are discovered as we go, making it all the more interesting.

Our greatest strength is the very high cultural and social content that we present, also narrating some tragic events that occurred.

This is aimed at people who want to learn about the history and anecdotes of the places and protagonists who have participated and contributed in some way to the memory of rock in the city of Medellín.

We know that downtown Medellín has been an iconic area for many years, and very important for strengthening the rock community.

Therefore, we are taking this tour to celebrate the rock culture that has lived in these places for a long time, and we will learn why they have contributed from their spheres and dynamics to the Music and Culture of Rock in Medellín, providing outstanding information about their history throughout their existence.
