Hello! I'm Raúl Andrade Solórzano, a 35-year-old Ecuadorian journalist by profession. I've lived in Bern for over two years, a city that has captivated me and which I now consider my new home. Welcome to Bern, the Swiss capital with a medieval soul! On this tour, we'll walk through the city's most charming, unusual, and historic sites, while discovering secrets that many travelers miss.

We start at a lesser-known spot, Parkplatz Schützenmatt , to understand a rarely seen aspect of Bern: the harmony of safety, culture, and urban planning. From there, we'll move on to the impressive Museum of Fine Arts , pass by bohemian spots like Jardin et Cave , and cross the romantic Altenbergsteg , a pedestrian bridge with unparalleled views of the Aare.

The heart of the historic center awaits us with the Zytglogge , the city's most iconic medieval astronomical clock. From there, we'll see the imposing Swiss Federal Palace , a symbol of Swiss neutrality and democracy.

The route continues to the Dalmazibrücke bridge and then heads to the Aussichtspunkt Terrasse , where Bern opens up like a postcard. We'll pass Bear Park , the symbolic home of the Bernese bears, and end with an unforgettable view from the Rosengarten , the perfect spot for panoramic photos.
