This was one of the best walking tours of my life! Charlotte told me so many interesting aspects about the city of Lyon and connected them very well that even though I came completely unprepared I feel like a have gotten a well rounded introduction. The route was well designed in the sense that there was something interesting to see around every corner which made it very enjoyable. I think Charlotte even adapted the tour a little to apply to my interests. I most highly recommend this tour!

We really enjoyed the morning walking tour around Vieux-Lyon. We found Ryan’s tour full of interesting information about the city history from various centuries. The small group size of 10 made it easy to stay together. The tour was a nice easy pace to really enjoy our surroundings.

We arrived in Lyon without any tour bookings. Many tours were already full. I found guru walks online and booked as they were available the next morning. Ryan communicated well with meeting details, arrived on time and gave our small group a very informative, entertaining tour. We really appreciated that he showed concern for the whole group keeping up with him, and in the shade as it was a very hot day. I would thoroughly recommend this tour

Bertrand was very personable, approachable and knowledgeable. The tour was entertaining and at a good pace, thankfully, mostly in the shade! The time was just about right too. Recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic city tour of Lyon with Bertrand! He made the whole experience so much fun. We learned a lot about Lyon’s history without it ever feeling like an endless history lesson. He knows the city very well and answered all our questions. Bertrand also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and cafés — they were truly worth it. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lyon.
