I’m Summer, before becoming a tour guide in 2024 , I was sitting in an office doing data analysis. I was good at it — but I missed the streets.
I grew up in restaurants. My parents ran all kinds of places: a noodle shop, Chinese restaurants, a hot pot place, even a barbecue spot. Food, noise, people — that everyday energy — that’s what I love.
In 2022, I quit my job and started traveling around the world. It was in Granada, Spain that I decided to try becoming a tour guide!!
I'm very lucky that I’ve explored 30 provinces across China and 20+ countries around the world, and Shanghai is my favorite and base town,
What I hope is simple — through my tour,to see the real life of the city: what locals do, eat, love, and care about. Shanghai won’t just feel like another big city to you, but a place you connect with, a place where you have your own memories.❤️
