summer is very enthusiastic and isnt shy about telling us her adventures during her travels. she brought us to some very affordable but delicious food places. very surprising was the community center. it let us have a feel of how the locals really live. i'm very appreciative of summer's itinerary. since there were only 3 of us who went with summer, it felt like a very intimate meeting with friends. highly recommended!!!

We had such an amazing experience on our tour with Summer. She is very knowledgeable on the culture and food in Shanghai and even beyond throughout China. We went to a lot of local places and the food was so good. Make sure to not eat breakfast first. She gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and helped us navigate Shanghai. We really enjoyed our walking food tour. We tried authentic Chinese food that we had not found before, including Michelin Star dumplings! We also tried excellent coffee and pastries and found out a lot about Chinese history and culture. Really recommend this tour.

The food tour with Summer was excellent! A really lovely way to spend a morning. Summer is an excellent guide, she has such good local knowledge (as well as amazing taste in food) and she is so friendly and welcoming. You would barely notice the time passing! We had a great time, and would 100% recommend this as a top thing to do in Shanghai.

I had a wonderful morning discovering local Shanghai with Summer. It was like hanging out with a friend. I made the mistake of having breakfast so couldn't eat much on the tour. With Summer's help I took some treats back to my hotel with me. I'm a photographer so she took me to places that fit my interests. I highly recommend this food tour🌟 - just make sure your stomach is mostly empty!

I had an incredible experience with Summer! The tour was amazing as she took us to many local spots and offered us a variety of foods to try. Summer also took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. She was energetic, fun, and very friendly! I recommend her without hesitation!

Bill was excellent! Lots of great knowledge, I loved all the spots he took us to, I felt like I really got a good sense of cuisine in Shanghai. Very accommodating for diet restrictions (as much as you can be). I saw him on the street a few days later, he took some time out of his tour to give me even more recommendations.

I've been an Anthony Bourdain for many many years and today I felt like Anthony because Summer showed me some great local places while at the same time giving me a really good introduction to Chinese culture and history! It felt like an old friend showing me around their city and by the end of the tour I was stuffed!
