Zagreb Green Horseshoe - Lower Town

I was very surprised to discover how Lower Town in Zagreb is pleasant and rich, on the historic and cultural level. Marina is an enthusiastic and nice guide who knows very well how to communicate her knowledge on the city. She covey it in her own unique way. Professionally, interesting, but seasoned with a humour. With her endless patience she takes you through Zagreb's streets and squares to see all the beautiful places - the familiar ones, and those that only local knows. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed this walking tour very much. In fact it was one of the highlights of our stay in Croatia. Marina was extremely informative, engaging, friendly and a true professional. It was evident that she enjoyed sharing information about her country and was happy to reply to our questions. The tour was interesting and an excellent way to get to know the lower town of Zagreb with it's beautiful architecture. We were shown so many attractive buildings which we would have missed out on if we walked around on our own. At the end of the tour we felt enriched with all the interesting stories and information and we made a new friend. We highly recommend this tour with Marina.

If you’re considering a tour which introduces you to the architecture, art and history of the “Lower Town” of Zagreb, this is the tour! This was our second tour with Marina. Earlier in the week, we joined Marina for a walk of the “Upper Town”, which we throughly enjoyed. She is informative and knowledgeable. I gave Marina a 5 star review i l because it was the highest number of stars available. She’s the best!

Very knowledgeable about the city. She went above and beyond in terms of recommendations for meals and places to visit. She explained all the sights we saw during our walk in great detail. She was engaging during talks and was more than willing to answer all the questions we had. I would highly recommend Marina particularly if you are in a small group. Thank you Marina!
