90 Bree Street, Cape Town
Welcome to Bree Street — the word ‘Bree’ comes from Dutch, meaning ‘broad’ or ‘wide’ 🛣️. Back in the day, this was one of the widest streets in Cape Town, perfect for wagons, traders, and townsfolk bustling through the city 🐴. Fast forward to today, and Bree Street has transformed into the beating heart of cool — lined with art galleries 🎨, buzzing coffee spots ☕, cocktail bars 🍸, and foodie heavens 🍴. In 2024, it was even ranked number 11 on the list of the coolest and funkiest streets in the world.
