Marianne's tour was excellent, everyone should this tour on day 1 in Cape Town. She started with safety issues when in Cape Town which were really practical and useful. Her knowledge of the history of South Africa was extensive and added to that was her personal lived experience. The route we took was excellt and at the end of the tour she gave us a handout with handy information restaurants, sights to see, excusions and a whole lot more. We ended the tour with an amazing dinner at a local Eastern eatery which was cheap and delicious!
Marianne is a wonderful story-teller. I learned so much from her about Bo-Kaap, about Cape Town and about South Africa. I will always remember this walk and always recommend it to anyone who wants to truly celebrate and enjoy culture and humanities.
