Cyberpunk Chongqing Walking Tour with a Licensed Local Guide

We will meet at the Apple Store in Jiefangbei, the vibrant commercial heart of the city. From there, we’ll walk to the People’s Liberation Monument, where you’ll discover the historical center of modern Chongqing.

Next, we’ll visit Kuixing Tower, one of the most fascinating architectural spots in the city. Here you can step onto the famous sky bridge and enjoy a surprising panoramic view of Chongqing’s layered urban landscape.

As evening falls, we’ll head to the spectacular Hongyadong, where traditional stilt houses rise dramatically above the riverbank. When the lights come on, the glowing buildings and neon reflections create the iconic cyberpunk skyline that has made Chongqing famous around the world.

We’ll then walk to Chaotianmen Wharf, the meeting point of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers, where you can feel the breeze from the two great rivers that shaped the city’s history.

Our final stop is the Liziba Viewing Platform, where you’ll witness one of Chongqing’s most unbelievable sights — a metro train passing directly through a residential building. It’s a perfect symbol of Chongqing’s unique blend of daily life, engineering and imagination.
