Two departures, two ways to experience Chongqing

Morning departure (10:00 AM): Liziba included

Explore the downtown landmarks, sky bridges and hidden streets, then visit Liziba to see the famous train passing through a residential building. Allow approximately 3.5 hours for the full route including Liziba. We travel to Liziba by taxi; participants pay the actual taxi fare separately. Choose this departure if Liziba is on your must-see list.

Evening departure: city lights and a sky-bar finale

Discover Chongqing after dark, with illuminated streets and Hongyadong's iconic night views. The evening departure does not visit Liziba. We finish at SHUA Sky Terrace Restaurant Bar at Raffles City, overlooking the city skyline and the two rivers. Allow approximately 2.5 hours for this route.

SHUA bar visit: no entrance fee, no minimum spend

There is no obligation to buy food or drinks. Any purchases are optional and at your own expense. This stop visits SHUA bar; admission to the separate ticketed Exploration Deck is not included. Bar access is subject to opening arrangements and private events.

Both departures explore:

People's Liberation Monument / Jiefangbei: the historic and commercial heart of central Chongqing.

Kuixing Tower: surprising multi-level streets and the famous sky bridges.

Hongyadong: iconic riverside architecture and photo spots.

Chaotianmen and Raffles City: the meeting point of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers.

Along the way, learn why Chongqing is built in layers and how its history, rivers, mountains and rapid development shaped the city. Your guide also shares practical recommendations for local food, additional attractions and the rest of your stay.

Meeting point for both departures: outside the Apple Store, Jiefangbei.

Route timing: approximately 3.5 hours including Liziba, or approximately 2.5 hours finishing at Raffles City without Liziba. Allow for variations in traffic, crowds, weather and the group's pace.
