Free walking tours in Chongqing

Lisa made me like Chongqing 10x more. She was super knowledgeable, her English was fantastic and she showed us places that we would never have found on our own. She also answered all our questions and told us a lot about Chinese customs and Chongqing life. She was also very flexible during the tour and would change it if we wanted to see a certain place. We’ve done about 25+ walking tours but this one was one of the best we’ve done.

Lisa is an excellent guide. She showed us places with wonderful night views of Chongqing, which are mostly visited by locals. She clarified with us in advance which places we had already seen and which we had not and organised the tour in such a way that we only saw new things. She answered all our questions and gave us a great evening. Once again, a big thank you to you, Lisa!

Lisa is well prepared and funny person. She speaks fluent english and she express good vibes. She guided me trought the city in a night tour, avoiding very turistic spots. Lisa and I had a great walk through the city together. Lisa is very easy to talk with, it was just like chatting with a good friend as she pointed out unique things on the Chongqing skyline. Knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Was able to meet our needs of having a slower pace in view of the hilly terrain and hot weather. Great recommendations about food and of Chongqing!

Chris es muy buen guía, y me gustó bastante. Aunque finalmente no hicimos el free tour como tal, ya que no había gente suficiente, pero Chris estuvo muy atento en buscar una solución para que no me quedara sin tour, y me uní a un tour privado que tenía con otra señora. Me salió bastante más caro, pero mereció la pena. Muchas gracias Chris ☺️

Overall, Cheryl went above and beyond to take us to the places we wanted to see, even though they were not included in the original itinerary. Although we initially had a few hiccups in communication, I would still highly recommend her.

Great tour - good pacing and information with humor, didn't feel rushed at and we got ample of time to take photos :-) He was very flexible and even took requests from us beforehand on WeChat! He was very generous with giving advice about the city and I really enjoyed this one. Can recommend highly!
