I had a great experience on this free walking tour in Chongqing with Lisa. First of all, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. She also spoke very good English, which made everything easy to understand and much more enjoyable. I was actually the only person on the tour because the others had cancelled, but Lisa still decided to go ahead, which I really appreciated — it ended up feeling like a private tour. She explained the history of Chongqing very well and shared lots of useful local tips, including great places to eat, other interesting spots to visit, and even helped me organize my itinerary. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially with Lisa as a guide!

Lisas tour is an amazing experience for any newcomer to CQ. It includes a little bit of everything while you explore some of the most iconic spots. We did the night walk and saw the drone show, which was an enormous plus. Lisa is a true local, besides being charming, patient, welcoming and well informed. Her english is crystal clear which, in China, is very much appreciated. Do yourselves a favour and dont miss this experience!

Eine sehr schöne Tour. Lisa hat nicht nur Interessantes über die stadt sondern auch über China allgemein, das chinesische Schulsystem oder das Arbeitsgsleben berichtet. Sie war auch immer sehr an einem Vergleich zu dem Heimatländern der tourteilnehmern interessiert sodass eine angenehm lockere Runde entstand.

Big recommendation to join this tour if you want to discover Chongqing with a local. The route with Monday led us to places we definitely would have never found on our own. Monday really enjoys sharing insights about her city, the food and the culture. Don‘t think twice, do it.

I really enjoyed the walking tour with Monday. She made sure to not only include the touristy places and was fun to talk to. As mentioned in other reviews she took us to an vegan restaurant which is quite rare to find otherwise

Lisa gave us a lovely tour around the city, ticking many of the iconic spots with gorgeous night views while sharing lots of interesting information about the history of the place. She is a true local and showed us the best Chongqing-exclusive food during the tour, in addition to many other food, tea and bar recommendations for the next days to come. Highly recommend!

Lisa gave us a wonderful introduction to her hometown of Chongqing. We ended up being the only people on the tour so got a private experience! She was friendly, funny and knowledgeable and showed us places we definitely wouldn't have found on our own. She had numerous food and drink suggestions which we have already taken advantage of. Her English was excellent and we could have chatted for hours. We've been on a lot of Guru Walk tours and this is up there as one of our favourites.

Great tour of Chongqing! A great overview "from yesterday to today, " historically speaking. Lisa has exceptional English, is obviously very well educated and is a terrific person to lead this tour.
