• Nomura Samurai House: ¥550 per adult
• Kenrokuen Garden: ¥320 per adult
These fees must be paid directly by guests on-site.

We do not accept cash payments for the tour itself.

Step into the historic heart of Kanazawa and experience the atmosphere of Japan’s samurai era on foot.
This walking tour takes you through the beautiful Nagamachi Samurai District, where traditional earthen walls, narrow stone streets, and preserved samurai residences still remain today. Along the way, you will learn how samurai lived, worked, and helped shape Kanazawa’s unique culture and history.
During the tour, we will visit the famous Nomura Samurai House, one of the best-preserved samurai residences in Kanazawa, where you can experience authentic traditional architecture, gardens, and samurai lifestyle.
We will also walk through Kanazawa Castle Park while learning about the powerful Kaga Domain and the history behind one of Japan’s wealthiest castle towns.
Please note: this tour does not enter inside Kanazawa Castle itself. We explore the castle park area on foot.
The tour continues to Kenrokuen Garden, considered one of the Three Great Gardens of Japan. While walking through its seasonal landscapes, you will discover Japanese aesthetics, garden culture, and the philosophy behind traditional Japanese design.
This experience is more than just sightseeing.
