Tour description
On this tour, we will make the must-see stops that one should know in Córdoba, but we will also immerse ourselves in special places that tend to go unnoticed by visitors. They are magical spots, hidden corners filled with tranquility that not many people visit. A dynamic and educational excursion where we will appreciate the practical usefulness of the past at every point along the itinerary.
With calm and clarity, we will stop at key locations to delve into History. Although there are no tastings included, the typical gastronomy of the city is explained and the best places in different areas are recommended. We also explain what kinds of plans and activities can be enjoyed in the city.
What will we do on our visit? We will begin with a simple and dynamic introduction that will allow us to immerse ourselves in the origin and founding of the city. We will visit Tendillas Square, the "calleja" of the Flowers, and pass through Hoguera Alley to enter the heart of the Jewish Quarter, where we will reveal all its secrets. We will see the Casa del Indiano and then head to Cardenal Salazar Square. Once there, we will visit the Municipal Souk of Craftsmen to understand the essence of Córdoba’s patios. Later, we will talk about Maimonides in Tiberias Square, and we will also explore the city’s gastronomy. Finally, we will stroll along the riverside, where we will see the Roman Bridge, and we will conclude the visit in the magical surroundings of the Mosque-Cathedral.
Each participant sets the price of the visit. Each participant sets the price of the visit, always valuing positively the work and effort of the guide.
*IMPORTANT* The itinerary of our tour is quite comprehensive and is not usually modified; however, it should be taken into account that on certain specific days some places may be replaced by others. This may be due to construction works, public events, tourist crowds, or other causes of force majeure.
