Tour description

Discover the history and contrasts of Mexico City on this free walking tour that connects some of the capital's most iconic landmarks. Along the way, we'll stroll along the elegant Paseo de la Reforma, explore the historic Chapultepec Forest, and learn the stories behind the famous Angel of Independence.

We'll begin in the vibrant Zona Rosa, one of the city's most cosmopolitan neighborhoods. As we stroll through its streets, you'll discover how this area has transformed into a major cultural hub filled with cafes, art, and urban life.
Afterward, we'll walk to Paseo de la Reforma, the grand, monumental avenue inspired by European boulevards. During the tour, you'll discover why this avenue was created during the reign of Maximilian I of Mexico and how, over time, it became one of the symbols of the modern city.
Along the way we will stop in front of iconic monuments such as the Angel of Independence and the elegant Diana the Huntress Fountain.
The tour continues towards Chapultepec Forest and ends in front of the impressive Chapultepec Castle, where you will learn about the stories that have marked this place from pre-Hispanic times to present-day Mexico.
