Jacopo is an excellent guide! He's very kind and pleasant. He arrived early and took the time to meet everyone in the group. He speaks in such an engaging way that the whole group was captivated throughout the tour. Despite it being a long two-and-a-half-hour tour, the time just flew by. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. ​It's clear that he loves what he does. I highly recommend him. 😊

Taisa is very knowledgeable about the history of Warschau. We got lots of information. She is enthousiastic without being loud.
