A very informative tour, with many interesting stories of the history and people of Bergen - out across in a humorous style. Ivan obviously knew his stuff and the research showed. Also included many useful tips on which cafes, bars and restaurants to go to. Would recommend to anyone.

The tour was really interesting and entertaining at the same time! Our guide Sami had tons of experience in living abroad in different places and was therefore in a position to comment on the Norwegian way in comparison to other cultures - that made the tour even more insightful and humorous. Totally recommended!

This was a fantastic walking tour. Sammy provided a wealth of information on the history, culture, food and architecture of Bergen and some of his own personal experiences of life in Norway and Bergen in particular. The Bergen city centre is pretty compact but we still covered a fair bit of ground and hit as many of the main highlights that you could expect in a 2 hour tour. Sammy is a great communicator and certainly also delivered on the ‘humour’ part of the tour and provided lots of recommendations on other things to do or places to visit. I’ve done several GuruWalk tours now and this was one of the best. Highly recommended.

We did a walking tour with Ivan during our stay in Bergen. We got insight into the best spots, places to eat and viewpoints in Bergen. Ivan provided plenty of history about the area, buildings and people in Bergen:) Overall a very nice guy - would highly recommend a guided tour with Ivan!

Ivan was charismatic and informative. He was polite, engaging and friendly. The tour of Bergen was interesting and historical. I’d change the name of the tour to “Historic Bergen, Viking Tales and Killer Views”. I think the “tasty bites” reference is to the fact you visit the fish market, but you do not eat or taste anything on the tour. I would def recommend Ivan though, he is a wonderful guide and I loved the tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
