Matteo was wonderful. He provided us with all useful information about Bergamo without emphasising unnecessary historical details I wouldn't be able to remember afterwards anyway. He was very genuine and very entertaining but not clownish-like. I would definitely recommend Matteo for a comprehensive and pleasant introductory acquaintance with the beautiful city of Bergamo.

Unfortunately Mateo canceled the tour and had guts to ask me to cancel it to avoid impact on his ratings - how unprofessional! No explanation why he canceled - just canceled. Disappointing!!
