My name is Olmo and I am Dutchman. Tourism has been my profession for over 10 years, both in Amsterdam as well as abroad.

The only comment I would like to make (also following your private feedback) is that given your situation (other tour had been cancelled so you joined me, last minute) I felt your expectations of the tour might not have been 100% accurate.
