My name is Olmo and I am Dutchman. Tourism has been my profession for over 10 years, both in Amsterdam as well as abroad.

I have traveled to many wonderful places and I've met people from all kinds of backgrounds and cultures. This has led to adopting the non-Dutch passions of dancing salsa and cooking.

The only comment I would like to make (also following your private feedback) is that given your situation (other tour had been cancelled so you joined me, last minute) I felt your expectations of the tour might not have been 100% accurate. I'm not the typical Amsterdam-history tour, it's more about the current life in the city. I still hope you got some interesting insights from the tour and I would happily welcome you back one day!
