Excellent tour of beautiful Barat by a guide who was born here and so knows every part of the city. Bruno was interesting and entertaining and has a wealth of knowledge about the town. He was willing and able to answer every question, which made it even more interesting for me. The only disappointment for me was the small amounts some people paid him at the end. Bruno put his heart and soul into the tour to make it interesting, entertaining and informative, so come on guys, surely that’s worth at least €10 of anybody’s money?

Lazzaro was an amazing guide. He explained the history of Berat (and Albania) in a succinct way, and shared how the city (and country) are being shaped today. He took us to a few beautiful sites (and took photos for us), and shared a few recommendations of restaurants/cafes/bars to try. I would highly recommend the tour and Lazzaro!

Great guide! Easy to understand, didn't overwhelm us with dates and figures, and instead had more story-telling so that we could understand the context and history of Berat and Albania. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful to tour with a local. Lazzero covered many historical eras with interesting information. The tour was not challenging in terms of the walking terrain. His English was good with a voice that projected and was easily understood and heard. Well done Lazzero.
