I simply LOVE Warsaw. I was born here and even though we don’t know our future, my heart will always stay here (but maybe not as literally as Chopin’s). I know how to show you the city in such a way that you’ll be looking forward to coming back here and discovering other parts of it. I’m an LGBT+ activist and I used to organize the Warsaw Equality Parade (I will tell you why we don’t call it Pride, yet) so I can tell you a lot about the life of LGBTQ+ people in the capital of Poland. I’ll be also more than happy to share some juicy stories about Warsaw gay-life so ask me about anything!
Maciek war ein sehr sympathischer und engagierter Guide, der uns das LGBTQ+-Leben in Warschau auf spannende und authentische Weise nähergebracht hat. Mit viel Wissen und persönlichem Engagement hat er uns interessante Einblicke in die Geschichte, Gegenwart und Herausforderungen der Community gegeben. Besonders wertvoll waren die Informationen zu Orten und deren Bedeutung für die LGBTQ+-Community – viele Hintergründe hätten wir ohne seine Erklärungen gar nicht erkannt oder verstanden. Die Tour war informativ, persönlich und sehr bereichernd. Wer Warschau aus einer besonderen Perspektive kennenlernen und mehr über das queere Leben der Stadt erfahren möchte, dem können wir diese Tour mit Maciek sehr empfehlen.
