Free walking tours Art and Architecture in Toronto

Wow and wow. One wow is for all the amazing public art in Toronto. The second wow is for the quality of the tour by Shaun. He was an amazing guide, had so much information to share for a wide variety of art, had a great route figured out, etc. It was a top tour. We were also appreciative that the tour occurred even though there were only 2 of us.

Hidden in Plain Sight: Toronto's Public Art Walking Tour

We had the best time on this tour with Shaun. His knowledge of the city artwork and the city is quite something. Toronto is a city full of art but rarely seems to have any details in relation to it, so finding out the history and seeing things we potentially may have missed was just brilliant. I highly recommend this tour and Shaun. It was fab!

Had a fantastic time on Shaun's tour on a slightly rainy Sunday - and because the weather scared the others off, got the extra treat of a private tour! He adjusted the route to take advantage of covered and indoor spots while still hitting all the artworks, and explained everything in a very engaging way. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something a bit different from the standard city walking tour.

This is a great tour to appreciate Toronto in a different way and to see the more hidden aspects of it. Plus the city is alive at night and it's a fun way to experience that too! Shaun was very knowledgeable about the art and made my first evening in Toronto a really great experience. Would recommend this tour!

Art After Dark: Toronto is Alight at Night with Public Art

I have walked by these art pieces for years (I live in the GTA) and had no idea of their significance. Everyone should take this tour whether you are a visitor or a resident. Thanks Shaun!

I liked the professionalism and commitment of Shaun as I was the only person taking the tour in the end and Shaun stuck to his commitment and did not flop on it. He gave a lot of information on this tour and kept the tour interesting by explaining the different artists and their art in a manner that was not boring even for a minute. I would recommend taking the tour with Shaun. Thank you once again, Shaun.

Just like the title suggests - if you choose to attend this tour, Shaun will show you incredible art that, living in Toronto, you might walk right by and not even notice. But every piece that we saw had a message, a history, a purpose. The tour is fascinating, Shaun is well-versed in the arts and history so he was able to answer our many questions. I recommend this tour to everyone, regardless if you a Toronto local or just visiting.

He was incredibly professional, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around. He made the tour so interesting and enjoyable from beginning to end. I highly recommend him and would absolutely take another tour with him!

I recommend this tour to everyone - today was my first day in Toronto and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. Shaun is a fantastic guide with clear passion for the subject and the selection of artworks you get to see on the tour is large and varied, and never boring. I asked a lot of questions and Shaun was able to answer every single one, including the non art-related ones. The tour also includes several sections on Toronto's history, which I appreciated a lot. Thank you so much!
