I’m an outgoing person who likes to be outside and explore new places, countries and cultures. Most importantly, I love making new friends and good memories. English major and married. My favorite sport is surfing (although I’m not very good at it) but wth, it’s a lot of fun. Born and raised in Rabat, I know almost all of its streets like the palm of my hand.
The tour will start at the train station, which is easy to locate and a good starting point for a tour that includes: first, the post colonial part of the city which is in other words its modern streets and landmarks. We will first walk towards St. Peter’s Cathedral located in Golan square, make our way up to Hassan Tour to then arrive in the old part of the city and walk through it narrow streets and souks and then end up in the edge of it where the picturesque Bouregreg river separates it from the city of Sale.
Main entrance of the Rabat-Medina train station.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
