Our walking tour with Alejandro was a pleasure. He listens to and answers all questions. He adapts the tour to meet the customers preferences. He is a friendly and personable young man 😊

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with GuruWalk. After booking our tour in Jerez, our guide, Carlos, contacted us the evening before. He informed us that it wasn't yet clear whether the tour could take place, as we were the only ones interested (two adults). We then asked Carlos to let us know by 9:00 a.m. the next morning at the latest whether the tour would take place, as we had a longer journey of about an hour. Unfortunately, Carlos didn't contact us until 25 minutes before the scheduled meeting time to inform us that the tour was canceled. He hadn't responded to our prior text messages or calls. We didn't find this to be customer-friendly or professional.

Quedé gratamente sorprendida con el guía Carlos. Fue súper agradable, simpático, con mucho conocimiento y se nota que es un apasionado de su tierra Jerez. Nos explicó muchísimas curiosidades de la ciudad y nos recomendó más cositas para hacer en la ciudad. Sin duda lo recomiendo!!

Unfortunately the tour was cancelled but Carlos sent us lots of information and recommendations which were vey helpful.

Alejandro took us through the town, while trying to personalize the tour to the wishes of the attendants. We had enough opportunities to ask questions. Glad I did this guided tour!

Het was een goede wandeling en vanwege de Spaanse feestdag was het Alcazar gratis toegankelijk. De gids nam heel ruim extra tijd om ons daar ook rond te leiden. Dat was heel interessant

Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable . He was keen to engage with us as a group of four- which was pleasing. Happy to recommend him !

Carlos je kljub slabemu vremenu izvedel ogled. Bil je točen in dal dobra navodila. Poslal nam je fotografije raznih ibjektov, ki si jih nismo ogledali znotraj. Poznal je umetnostno zgodovino in naredil turo zanimivo.

Great performer.

This was an interesting and entertaining tour. Carlos worked hard to engage with us and figure out what we wanted from the tour. He was also struggling with a sore throat but was really good humoured about it. Overall very enjoyable and worthwhile.

A very entertaining tour that covers a quick history of Jerez from its foundation to the re-conquest and beyond. Not many stops but lots of information at each.

We wanted to know more about Jerez after attending the MotoGP. Carlos was a passionate guide for his city, its history and architecture and also had some lovely stories to lighten the facts. Thank you for a lovely morning.

Covered a small part of Jerez, but provided brilliant details and information. Lovely to find out about the history of the town and small details we wouldn’t have noticed, like sundial on a church. Really friendly guide happy to answer questions
