Hello dear travelers! My name is Mohamed ! I work as an official tour guide under the supervision of the ministry of tourism of Morocco. I started doing free tours 5 years ago. My academic and my professional background have been characterized by communication and cultural exchanges. I had the privilege to share my own culture to many people around the worlds either on my university time or during my previous jobs. Tourism plays a key role in Marrakech o daily' life. I was keen on assisting and supervising many team building activities and guided tours that were touristic and culturaly oriented; their main goal was to make tourists discover the preliminaries of Moroccan culture and heritage. Since my young age I was fascinated by discovering other cultures and to interact with many people around the world. l assure you that every part of my city hides many stories to tell and secrets to unveil!. Tour description

The main goal of this tour is to help tourists to discover the main spots of the Medina of Marrakech, while providing you with some details about Moroccan culture and how Moroccans live on daily basis ; including me!

Our free tour will start near Koutoubia Mosque, then we will head towards the Kasbah of Marrakech, whose main entrance is Bab Agnaou. I will show you some monuments along the way that you can visit later. After that, we will go to the Jewish Quarter where Jews and Muslims lived door to door in perfect harmony and tolerance. We will pass by Bahia Palace, one of the most magnificent palaces in Morocco, and you will be free to decide whether to book an entrance ticket or not. The tour will always be tailored to your needs and choices. Finally, we will head towards Jemaa Fena square and discover the souks of the Medina.
Important notice :
- As a tourguide I pay for every Walker more than 2 euros ,so it will be appreciated to pay at least 10 to 15 euros per person according to the platform regulations.
- I don't use a 🎤 mic , so please stay focused during my explanations because I do my best in term of rising my voice in the middle of crowded areas.
- In case you are not interested to historical and cultural explanations ,or showing cold attitude to my explanations, please kindly book another tour! I don't want that certain persons spoil the good vibes and atmosphere of the whole group.
