Free tour of Girona

Join this FREE tour with all of us and discover the history and corners of this wonderful city, one of the most emblematic and charming cities in Catalonia. After a short introduction and presentation of the city of Girona, we will start our tour in the historic centre. More than 2000 years of history goes a long way, on this tour we will talk about its history and the way of life of the people of Girona, past and present. We will walk through the most important tourist attractions and monumental area of the city. Starting from the historic center and we will continue through the old via Augusta to the Jewish quarter, considered one of the best preserved from the Middle Ages in Europe, and we will arrive at the Cathedral of Santa Maria with the widest gothic nave in the world. We will cross labyrinthine streets and leave the protection of the walls of the old Gerunda to cross the Onyar River and contemplate one of the most typical images of the city, the hanging houses of the Onyar River.
