On this tour, I'll take you through Fatih , a neighborhood vibrant with a blend of Byzantine history and the contemporary life of conservative Arab communities. Here, amidst mosques, hidden churches, and humble markets, you'll feel as if you've traveled to Syria, Palestine, or Egypt... without leaving Turkey.
What will you live?
- We will walk among Byzantine ruins, hidden Orthodox churches and traditional mosques .
- You will learn about the local Arab community : how they live, what they eat, how they pray, how they dress.
- We will take a mini food tour through shops
