Come with us if you want to have fun!
This tour will take you through the magical downtown, of Cairo where you will be tasting 7 foods, 2 desserts, and a drink as you learn about Egyptian culture and the history of each of the foods.
We will start at Tahrir Square (an important sight) and end at a bar offering beers, shisha and Egyptian hot drinks.
Not only will we be filling your belly, but we will be playing games and going through fun quizzes.
We guarantee an exciting time with us as Rami worked as a cook and Nadine worked as a performing artist.
Together we built this project called 'Cairo Foodprint' when we first started dating and are now ready to share it with you as a married couple.

Ellos tienen una energía increíble, muy amables, divertidos y prestos a resolver preguntas. Se preocupan porque disfrutes cada momento del tour y son muy profesionales. En cuánto a los lugares visitados, son muy autóctonos y te dejan conocer bastante bien una parte muy importante de la cultura egipcia.

Go on this tour ! Rami brings the traveler to sample cuisine in such authentic parts on the city, and has such a unique rapport with the restaurant operators, that it feels like being in an Anthony Bourdain “No Reservations” episode. Made my trip to Cairo unique :).

Wir haben mit Walaa die Foodtour durch Kairo gemacht. Sie war sehr bemüht auch Alternativen für Vegetarier zu finden. Wir haben uns durch viele authentische Restaurants/Imbisse durchprobiert und waren am Ende richtig satt :).
Wir hätten uns an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas mehr Hintergrund- Informationen gewünscht.
