Before meeting up Ahmed messaged and introduced himself. He was very helpful in helping us find the meeting place too. During the tour he showed us lots of places inc marina, mosque and old town and took us on minibus’ to help us get around on our own, the buses are about 25p but you have to flag them down, pass money forward and shout to the driver to stop so a little unusual if you don’t know and they basically pull over and set off so was good to have a guide. He encouraged us to try tradition food and drinks inc sugar cane drink, cactus and koshkari - which we loved and was so cheap like 50p for a bowl of it. I would highly recommend Ahmed

I highly recommend Mina as a guide in Hurghada! He took us on a nice tour of the harbour, fish market, Mosque, old city, and church. Beyond being a great guide, he was very caring and protective of our family. He consistently shielded us from anyone asking for money and waited patiently with us until our Uber picked us up. A perfect, safe, and stress-free way to see the city even with a toddler!

Mina is very knowledgeable and an excellent guide. We were surprised that we were the only people on the tour. We got to see the markets in the old town, and the new town which was a fascinating contrast. The Mosque and Coptic church were interesting as well. This tour in an excellent introduction to Hurghada. Mina is a wonderful guide. Thank you Mina.

This tour with Lily exceeded all expectations..! She is honest, enthusiastic and passionate about Hurghada and Egypt life. Lily was open to share her knowledge on Hurghada and life of egyptians in general. She is very flexible and modifies the tour on the go. We never felt this was a tourist tour, it looked like one great meet and greet with a local. We did the tour with our kids and they also liked it a lot. Thank you for this great experience!!

The walk around Hurghada was very informative and showed the modern area of the town as well as the older more residential areas. I would highly recommend it if you wish to see the ‘real’ Hurghada. We were given lots of information regarding history and development of the town.

We have done many walking tours in different places, and Mina’s tour was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. As a Coptic Christian, he has deep knowledge of the culture and history, which made the tour truly unique. He is very informative, knowledgeable, and speaks excellent English. Mina is also extremely friendly and patient—he even walked with my husband to an exchange office when we had a cash issue and kindly joined us at the restaurant afterward. Highly recommended if you want to experience something beyond the usual tourist routes.

Mina is really friendly. The tour was very nice in showing both the new and old parts of the town. Mina speaks perfectly English and made an effort in sharing a lot of interesting knowledge about the city and providing enough time to take pictures and ask questions. So overall I would definitely recommend a tour with Mina!
