We meet at infront of the Mado Cafe in Karaköy, one of the most vibrant and creative neighborhoods of Istanbul.

This area is the perfect starting point to experience both the old and new faces of Istanbul.

🚠 Journey to Beyoğlu: Karaköy → Tünel Funicular

After our introduction, we will take the historic Tünel funicular, one of the world’s second oldest underground systems (built in 1875), and ride up to Beyoğlu.

During the short ride, I’ll explain:

🍺 Stop 1: Beer Tasting on Istiklal Street

Once we arrive at the top, we will walk into the lively heart of Istiklal Avenue.

This is a great moment to relax, talk about Turkish drinking culture, and enjoy the energy of the crowd around us.

☕ Stop 2: Turkish Coffee or Tea Break

Our next stop is a cozy café where you can choose:

After coffee/tea, we continue to a second tasting experience.
