Come explore Belém (one of the most beautiful historic neighborhoods in Lisbon) with a warm-hearted local girl (me!) and my sweet dog, Lilly.

Portugal had massive influence in the world 500 years ago and we’ll discover the crucial role Belem played during that time. We’ll dive into Portugals famous Era of the Discoveries, hear the wild stories behind monuments like the Jerónimos Monastery, the Tower of Belém, and the Monument to the Discoveries.

You’ll taste the original Pastel de Belém (the one and only!), and walk by the beautiful riverside.

I’ll also tell you:

Where Portuguese presidents hang out,
And how sea monsters ended up in 16th-century maps!

Lilly often steals the show (she loves sneaking into photos), and I’ll make sure you walk away feeling like you just made a new Lisbon friend.
