This walking tour takes you from Tongyuan Gate, one of the few remaining parts of Chongqing’s ancient city wall, through the historic Shanchengxiang, and along the modern Eling Skywalk.
Along the way, you’ll experience the unique landscape of Chongqing, where old neighborhoods, steep streets, mountains and modern city views come together. We’ll also visit Eling Park and finish at Kansheng Tower, with panoramic views over the city.
Your local guide will share stories about Chongqing’s history, culture, architecture and everyday life, helping you understand how this unique mountain city has developed over time.
