Description
On the last Sunday of the month, the Vatican Museums complex offers the opportunity to visit its vast artistic collection for free. We will start by admiring the ancient sculptures and busts of the Pio Clementino Museum, passing through the Gallery of Maps, up to the masterpieces of Renaissance art such as the Raphael Rooms and the Sistine Chapel.
Since entry is free, it is necessary to arrive at 7:45 AM to get in line and secure entry by 9:00 AM; this way, you can enjoy a three-hour guided tour. If you plan to spend a busy morning, a bit tiring but full of history... this is the tour for you
